Inspirational motivation: Transformational leaders communicate a clear and compelling vision for the future, and they motivate their followers to work towards achieving that vision. They are passionate about their work, and they can make others feel excited about the possibilities that lie ahead.
Intellectual stimulation: Transformational leaders challenge their followers to think creatively and to find new and better ways of doing things. They encourage them to question assumptions, to think outside the box, and to come up with innovative solutions to problems.
Individualized consideration: Transformational leaders pay attention to the individual needs of their followers and provide them with the support and guidance they need to succeed. They recognize that each person is different, and they tailor their approach to each individual's strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles.

Nelson Mandela: Mandela was a South African anti-apartheid revolutionary, political leader, and philanthropist who served as President of South Africa from 1994 to 1999. He is widely considered to be one of the greatest leaders of the 20th century.
Mahatma Gandhi: Gandhi was an Indian lawyer, anti-colonial nationalist, and political ethicist, who employed nonviolent civil disobedience to lead the successful campaign for India's independence from British rule, and in turn inspired movements for civil rights and freedom across the world.
Martin Luther King Jr.: King was an American Baptist minister and activist who became the most visible spokesperson and leader in the civil rights movement from 1955 until his assassination in 1968.
Steve Jobs: Jobs was an American business magnate, industrial designer, media proprietor, and investor. He was the chairman, chief executive officer (CEO), and co-founder of Apple Inc.; the chairman and majority shareholder of Pixar Animation Studios; a member of The Walt Disney Company's board of directors following its acquisition of Pixar; and the founder, chairman, and CEO of NeXT.
Mother Teresa: Teresa was an Albanian-Indian Roman Catholic nun and missionary who dedicated her life to helping the poor and sick, orphans, and dying, while guiding the Missionaries of Charity. She was canonized in 2016 as Saint Teresa of Calcutta.
